Typing Maniac

A week ago at game night there was a group discussing Facebook.  I have an account, though I rarely post my goings on.  Mostly due to the fact that I do not have internet access 24/7 like most of my contacts do.  I’m lucky if I get to log on 2 or 3 times a week.  I’m fine with that.  I think if I had a computer at home again, you poor people would have more blog posts from me than you would ever care to have!  Anyway, back to the subject….

This last evening (It’s 6:50 am now) I came down to the hardware store to work on the bookwork, and got on my facebook account.  A friend of mine told me about a new game on Facebook called “Typing Maniac.”  I like to think I type pretty fast, and can keep up with the best of them.  I can carry on a complete phone conversation about one thing and type a complete narrative about something else.  Not a problem.  HOWEVER….this game kicked my butt!!!  And, as much as I hate to admit it, I’m addicted.

“Hello, my name is Mary, and I am addicted to a stupid computer game.”

So, if you are debating on whether or not to open up a facebook account, I highly recommend it, so you, too, can become addicted to this little game.  Heck, I’ll even add you as my friend and we can compete against each other…….hahahahahaha!  (Yes, that is a challenge! ;)

Typing maniac? Haven’t found that game yet. I’m getting used to Mafia Wars and Farm town is too time consuming.

Interesting and sounds like fun… I’ll have to wait until I have more time though to explore Facebook – maybe back to school time.
